WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that is effective in promoting relaxation and wellbeing. It involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and face, which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems of the body. It is a beautiful way to regain harmony in our mind, body and soul.
A reflexologist will use specific techniques, such as thumb and finger pressure, to manipulate these points, tailoring the treatment to your individual needs. Addressing the whole person, it emphasizes the connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, aiming to promote overall health.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE DURING MY TREATMENT?
Your initial treatment will be extended to allow for a discussion of your current health status, ensuring that your treatment is both safe and customised to your individual requirements. It's crucial to consider all aspects of your life to maximise the benefits and results. Before your treatment you will need to fill out a consultation form. Rest assured, all provided information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
I recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing to attend your appointment. You will remain fully clothed but will need to remove your shoes and socks.
The treatment starts with a foot cleanse using hot towels, followed by a soothing foot massage. Gentle pressure will then be applied to specific reflex areas on the feet. All products used during the treatment are 100% natural and vegan friendly.
HOW MIGHT I FEEL AFTER MY TREATMENT?
Many people leave their treatment feeling deeply relaxed, calm and clearer in both body and mind. As everyone responds differently, you may also notice subtle changes as your body settles and unwinds. Occasionally, some people experience temporary responses following a treatment, which can include:

* Increased thirst
* Feeling more tired or low in energy
* Mild headaches (if you’re prone to them)
* Emotional release, such as feeling a little teary
These responses are usually short-lived and should pass within
24–48 hours. Drinking plenty of water and allowing yourself time to rest can be helpful.
